Register now to make Learn how to make your own polished video from public access television professionals.
Students will understand basic camera composition, studio production, video formats, and basic camera commands. You will learn about white balance, iris, shutter, filters, and gain, and many aspects of audio, mics, and mixers, as well as handling and care of cables and connectors.
You will finish the class by recording a mock talk show. Students can take a test at the end of the class to qualify to borrow APAC video equipment.
Starting October 29 for four consecutive Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

What Does This Ayer Company Do?
We are the non-profit corporation that provides access, training, and other assistance to organizations and residents of Ayer, Massachusetts, that wish to create public access content for Channels Eight, Nine, and Ninety Nine on the local cablecasting network. We record and cablecast important town and school committee meetings, school sports, and special events and help residents create special public affairs programs.
Our live and recorded programs are broadcast on Channel Eight and many past programs are now available for viewing on demand through the Viewer Dashboard, or through links at the Town of Ayer website.
