2) Print one copy, save and submit signed Program/Equipment request Form to APAC.
Take out equipment. |
3) Make Video. Edit Program. Complete Program / Equipment request Form |
4) Return Equipment (the raw tape becomes the property of the access producer). |
5) Submit program media with a copy of the completed Program / Equipment request
