message policy The APAC Channel 8 Community Bulletin Board is a free public service provided primarily
for the residents and organizations of Ayer to announce non-commercial,
non-profit events and services To have a message put on the channel 8 Bulletin board, please follow these guidelines: Messages must fit within 7 lines usually 32 characters per line (Approximately 5
words per line). Fill out a message form. Click here for online message form. Forms are available on line at www.ayerpac.org or outside the community room at the Police Station. Messages can be emailed
to message@ayerpac.org, placed in the drop box outside the community room at the Police Station or faxed
to TBD. Please call with any questions at 978/772-5858 Fax Number 978/772/5874 Bulletin board will be updated twice a week, please plan accordingly. Dated material
will be removed shortly after the date of the event or submitted end date.
Undated material will run for approximately 30 days. APAC is a non profit organization we can not advertise sales. Non-profit community
groups, government departments and educational institutions may submit
event announcements. All messages must be non-commercial in nature. APAC can advertise events, and
items of interest or benefit to the residents of Ayer. APAC will not be responsible for errors made on the Community Bulletin Board, although every effort will be made to keep the information current and accurate. APAC has video equipment available to residents and organizations in Ayer to videotape events.
